Welcome to Skills Academy ("Academy," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, memberships, or training content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for basketball players and parents or legal guardians purchasing access for a minor. If the user is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and is responsible for all account activity.

2. Services Provided

Skills Academy provides online basketball training, including workout plans, drill libraries, challenges, and educational content related to player development. All content is provided for training and educational purposes only.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • Sharing accounts or content is strictly prohibited.

4. Memberships & Billing

  • Memberships are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through our payment providers.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every new membership includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase, email info@skillsacademy.me and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked.

  • The guarantee applies to your first 14 days as a new member (first purchase only).
  • After the guarantee window, recurring charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial use or missed sessions outside the guarantee window.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Skills Academy is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Training & Health Disclaimer

Basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risk. You are responsible for determining your fitness level and using proper judgment. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any training program.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee athletic results, performance outcomes, scholarships, team placement, or playing time. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Community Standards

Any community features must be used respectfully. Harassment, abuse, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal or termination.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may rely on third-party services (including Kajabi and payment processors). We are not responsible for outages or technical issues caused by these services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skills Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Academy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
